The City of Rensselaer, Indiana

The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) decides validity of requested exceptions to zoning ordinances and meet on an as needed basis.  There is one council member, and the remaining members are appointed by the mayor.  The City of Rensselaer Building Commissioner is also on this Board, by Virtue of Office.
